ExiAl Series

ExiAl series are MgO fillers made with aims of minimizing reaction with moisture and having high thermal conductive properties.
ExiAl MgOs have at least 1.5 times higher thermal conductivity than Al2O3 fillers, but possess lower density than Al2O3. Thus, ExiAl MgOs can better suit to industrial applications required heat-dissipating materials, such as electric vehicle batteries, automotive electronics, and semiconductors.

Features

  • Spherical shape and high heat dissipation property of 55 W/mK by limiting reaction with moistures.
  • 10% lower density than commercially available Al2O3.
  • Various sizes (20 ㎛, 60 ㎛, and 100 ㎛) to support and provide customer’s needs.
  • Our ExiAl MgO series are produced by eco-friendly technologies, such as lower sintering temperature (under 1500℃) and water-based slurry processes.
