ExiAl series are MgO fillers made with aims of minimizing reaction with moisture and having high thermal conductive properties.
ExiAl MgOs have at least 1.5 times higher thermal conductivity than Al2O3 fillers, but possess lower density than Al2O3. Thus, ExiAl MgOs can better suit to industrial applications required heat-dissipating materials, such as electric vehicle batteries, automotive electronics, and semiconductors.
